It was relatively easy to check in, and the staff were extremely helpful. The accommodation is mainly self-catering with lots of restaurants surrounding the area.

The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

Letamo at Qwabi Private Game Reserve by NEWMARK está a 26 km de Zebula Golf Course y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, terraza y bar. Está relativamente cerca de Johannesburgo (aunque el tramo de tierra podría complicarse con lluvias). El parque es hermoso, tiene cancha de pádel, y la piscina con el paisaje de fondo de laguna y montaña es increíble. La reserva de animales es espectacular y el guía Patrick es buenísimo. Vimos todos los animales que se esperaban ver y en repetidas ocasiones y momentos del día. La comida es muy buena también.

Masorini Bush Lodge & Safari Tents está en Phalaborwa y dispone de vistas al jardín, piscina al aire libre, jardín, terraza, bar y zona de barbacoa. Really great lodge right next to Kruger. We stayed here only for a night before driving into Kruger the next day, but it was such a good evening. When we arrived we immediately jumped into the refreshing pool and had a chat and a beer with the other people who stayed at the lodge. Then the owners of the lodge prepared an amazing braai for us and we ate together with everyone who stayed there, which was so cozy! Highly recommend if you are looking for a familial vibe and cozy hangout with other travellers.

MILIMA Big 5 Safari Lodge tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Hoedspruit. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Todo fue increíble. Desde el momento en que nos fueron a buscar al aeropuerto todo resultó a la perfección. Íbamos ilusionados por el safari, pero definitivamente este hotel lo tiene todo, la comida es excepcional, la piscina exquisita, la atención del personal fue sobresaliente. Por su parte, el hecho de incluir un safari AM y uno PM fue algo increíble, cada salida que tuvimos con Sidney (a quien aprovecho de extender mis agradecimientos y felicitaciones) fue absolutamente increíble, llena de emoción y de momentos memorables, pudimos conocer a los 5 grandes y fue una experiencia maravillosa, una de las mejores de mi vida.

Muunga Bush Lodge & Spa está a 5,9 km de Drakensig Golf Club y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina al aire libre, jardín y salón de uso común. Muunga Bush Lodge is in a very unique location in Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate. I could sit by the pool and watch birds fly by or, nyala and warthogs wonder by. There are nice walking trails that take you to waterholes with hides for viewing animals. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners my entire stay. The Lodge and outside areas are beautifully decorated. There are a number of local magazines, bird and animals books available for reading. I definitely recommend Muunga if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Sunbirds Oasis Lodge tiene vistas al jardín y está en Hoedspruit. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Exceeded our expectations. The on-site restaurant and facilities are outstanding. Tommy and his team provide a great service. We will definitely be back. Derek and Julie
