Room and cleanliness was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was a kitchen, coffee maker and mini fridge. There was a huge TV. Parking lot was sufficient. It is far from the center in terms of location, but if there is a car, there is no problem, we chose it on purpose.

we had room service breakfast ...brilliant. Everything was just lovely. So helpful. Free travel card and discounts to attractions. Lovely position almost on the lake. Staff delighful. The most amazing suite with two of everything, two TVs, two sinks, two rooms, two toilets, two double wardrobes, two sofas, two tables, two balconies and even two big proper keys, with those old fashioned tassles. Old lovely hotel with new ideas. so good, so good, so good!

Everything! Beautiful hotel, great staff, stunning location. The Jazz bar is a must when visiting, food, music and atmosphere is incredible!

The best 4 star hotel I had in Switzerland. It is very quiet, has the perfect view towards the lake. The foto was take from the balcony of my hotel room. I can only recommend.

The apartment was spotless, a studio with 2 double beds (one pull down the other a sofa bed).Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, great for a short stay, and the location was a minute from the lake. Susanna the host was super helpful and friendly and made check in/out super easy.Communication at every stage of booking was excellent. We will definitely be back here again

We’ve travelled quite a bit and this apartment has gone down as one of our favourite places we’ve stayed, for sure. It is super clean, comfortable, and every single bit of decor is on point! The views are also stunning, what an amazing scene to wake up to. Milan as always available to help with anything we needed, be it practically or questions about the local area. We felt so at home, and we can’t wait to return.

The apartment was perfect: very clean, modern, and spacious, with a large balcony. The location is great, just a few steps from a beautiful lakeside walk, relaxing and panoramic. All the information provided was clear and useful, making everything easy. We stayed here for our son’s move to Losanne (he will start a Master at EPFL) and we’ll definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!
