We recently had a perfect 7-day holiday at Steigenberger Alcazar, Sharm El Sheikh. This resort is bliss for adults and kids with loads of fun activities, relaxation and natural beauty. The service is exceptional! I highly recommend the all inclusive packages. It's stress free and the food is delicious, plentiful and full of variety. Compliments to all the chefs. Our huge thanks to the entire team - super professional, kind and wonderful. These people are assets and made our trip the best ever. Above all, I’d like to point the staff who made up our stay lovely, entertaining. Special thanks to beautiful Olya gor her hospitality and Memo for his amazing energy from animation team. All the meals was great with tons of options. Open buffet is real huge and it is impossible that you cant find anything to eat. Rooms were clean, we have stayed in a premium suite which is large and have a great jacuzzi inside. Housekeeping workers was great and very good at hospitality. They always ask if we need anything. Animation team prepared great shows every night which kept us entertained. we did not even leave the hotel. also during the day there were games at the beach and pool area. yoga, coctail games, belly dances, volleyball and so on. Thank you all! This hotel will definetly be our choice next year!

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

The apartment was cosy, very clean, nice, everything you need is there. The owner of the apartment was amazing and very nice and warm person. I could ask her about everything and she really helped me. Because of her I never felt really alone cause I knew if something happened I could get help from her. There won’t be any better place to find, or any better service! This is the place I’m going to every single time now! You really will not regret. 10/10 both apartment and the service!

I have really enjoyed the room, territory, and facilities. I would like to personally thank Ahmed (who worked in the Royal restaurant) for his help and organization of everything. Personal overall was helpful and respectful. Another thing to mention is that the territory has a lot of flowers which create an amazing and delightful smell all the time. Another thing: there is a shopping mall in walking distance (~600m) where you can find a lot of useful shops and just another ~100m and you will access a street with a lot of shops and restaurants.

Max is a great guy, the perfect host who will always make sure you have a comfortable stay. The apartments had a beautiful suntrap balcony and the decor in both apartments was very good. Everything was explained and I was very well looked after. I will return to Sharm and I will always use Max @ Delta Sharm now. The pools and the gardens are amazing, so beautiful and are always being maintained by staff. I was travelling alone but felt completely safe. Max accommodated a late check out which meant a change of apartment but this one was just as good 👍 I miss the Sharm ☀️ already and Max's great personality. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday ❤️ See you soon 😊
