Everything was excellent. The staff upgraded the room for us, so it's worth the money very much. The location was right at the central area. The breakfast was great with terrific view at the rooftop. We could also leave the luggage here while we went for a 4-day trekking.

What a fantastic place! Definitely could recommend it without thinking twice - whether you want to have some relax time after trekking or just a chill time in Pokhara! The service was absolutely flawless before, during, and after the stay! I sincerely appreciate the attention of the Front Office Manager, Rabina, who anticipated all my needs (incl. proactive pick-up from the airport, upgrade of the room, coffee to go to the airport etc.). Devil is in the details they say, and the Dorje’s team just nails it!

The view from the rooftop was awesome, besides the pool, though we didnt get to use the Pool due to the cold weather. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was perfect. The masala tea they have is super nice. Special mention to restaurant staff Beenu, Samil and Gautam from management & Bindya from front desk! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality. The location was perfect - so close to everything

We went there for our engagement and they did a set up beyond expectations. I also got the best rate through Kamal sir who matched the rate with booking.com last minute which I really appreciated. Our engagement was something of a paradise. The staff Bibek who served us was so good and catered to every needs. The restaurant manager and staff each and every one was so good. Service was impeccable. The highest of the standards. Also love the doko as dustbin adding Nepali touch to luxury. This was everything we hoped for and beyond. Must must must stay.

Cozy and pampering hotel with a good atmosphere and personal attention. All our requests were attended to and with a good level of service.The food is excellent and there is variety at breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is open 24 hours and provides world-class dishes at good prices. The hotel is well cleaned and hot water is available 24 hours a day (not obvious in most hotels in Nepal). The location is excellent. Close to the lake side but not on the main road so there is peace and privacy. Overall a good hotel and highly recommended. I would go back there again.

We loved everything about the hotel! The design is very beautiful! The rooms are spacious, every room has got a balcony where you can chill, read a book or write a diary. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast every day changes a bit and the variety is great and everything is very tasty! The pool area is also very nice, clean water. The food in the restaurant during the dinner time is also highly recommended! One of the best food we have had in Nepal! Sudeep and his team is very attentive and customer oriented, always looking for the feedback.

The service of the staff was outstanding. I wanted to do some tours around town and into the mountains and they set me up with literally everything and even helped me with changing my flight routes as was needed for a change in my itinerary. Besides the friendly staff, there is the possibility to see the Annapurna mountains from some bedrooms and the rooftop of the hotel. Wake up at 5.30 and when the skies are clear, your view will be amazing.
