I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. they upgraded our room to suit for free because it wasn’t booked. The hotel is incredible, the stuff, the annapurna view, the room, the rooftop pool, the breakfast , really everything.

The staff were wonderful - they went out of their way to ensure my special occasion was well celebrated and even decorated my room and made me a cake. This was so special. The property was gorgeous and very comfortable and the room even had a bathtub which was wonderful after a while on the road.
