The hotel staff were superb, helpful, friendly and the reception staff spoke English, which was super useful. The hotel was very clean, the beds were so comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing , varied and plentiful. Even though our flight was badly delayed, the driver, who we booked through the hotel, was waiting for us. A wonderful start to our trip to Colombia.

Everything. The Room kept the root of the colonial house but it also had all the comfort that anyone need.
Breakfast was superb with super high quality ingredients, very big thank to the staff.
Service was also impeccable, we had our flight changed and we arrived in the middle of the night but they were able to accommodate our check in. Then if you ask for anything they are more than happy to support.
Location is also perfect, very close to the top spots of candelaria.

the mattress was not so good on the more used side, so I switched sides.
Breakfast was very good but if you come after 9 am, the tables already used are not ‘refreshed’ no cups, napkins, spoons you have to ask for everything, not a big issue but unexpected in a 5 stars hotel
