Beautiful small boutique hotel in the heart of Puerto Viejo, excellent location, walking distance from the main restaurants in downtown PV. Decoration, and room details superb. The bedding and pillows very comfortable as well. The breakfast delicious as well.

Το Exôtico Beach Hotel διαθέτει εξωτερική πισίνα, κήπο, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Puerto Viejo. Our whole stay felt surreal. The Hotel is located in a forest area right next to the main road, but you feel like you are on island by yourself. The surrounding area is filled by the echoes of birds, monkeys and beautiful nature. The beach is just 5 min walking distance from the Hotel and you get the feeling the beach is just yours, we went to swim everyday and there were just a handful of people on the beach. The hotel it self has a open restaurant with the pool view, we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and it was really good. The pool is also amazing and clean. The room is fairly sized, cleaned everyday and modern with good WIFI. The staff was really helpful and polite. One of the best stays we ever had :)

Absolutely perfect. Thought of every detail to make you feel more than welcome. The staff and owners are very helpful and friendly, just a few guests thus no feeling of a crowded hotel, very tasty breakfast and morning coffee to the room before it, rooms are very clean and stylish, with terraces to a jungle. Just perfect. The location is 5 min to the beach (i dont know if its ok to swim there), 30 min walk to the town of Puerto Viejo and the main beach. Easy access even with a non 4x4 small simple car. There’s a restaurant nearby.

Was amazing the the staff are lovely! Saw a sloth on our first day, we also saw monkeys and green macaws which we learned are rare! We saw them all on the hotel beach (obviously naturally as the hotel is on the middle of a forest on the beach) overall it was amazing and the food was so good! Highly recommend!

Location is awesome. Really cool mini-hike in the backyard. Breakfast is super nice with different things every day. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Loved that it was owner operated. The owner Tristan and his daughter Arianna work very hard to make your stay wonderful! It is very clean, the pool and lounging area were perfect, and the fact that there are only 4 apartments makes it cozy and quiet. It’s far enough out of town to make it peaceful and in nature, but it’s easily walkable. A bus stop is also just outside the entrance gates. There is a lot of parking, and it is very safe and secure! The home made warm breakfasts delivered to our door were amazing! I would definitely recommend and would come back if we are ever back in the community

This place is an exceptional and unique experience. The staff is highly professional and hospitable, the area is insanely beautiful. There is only one restaurant which I expected to be mediocre because of the lack of competition. Oh how wrong I was. All the food was gourmet and of exceptional quality, price wise it wasn’t cheap, but it was great value for what you get.

Το New Caribe Point βρίσκεται στο Cahuita της Περιφέρειας Λιμών και προσφέρει εξωτερική πισίνα και εγκαταστάσεις θαλάσσιων σπορ. Το Puerto Viejo απέχει 14 χιλιόμετρα. Staff was amazing, truly wanted to make us comfortable. One of the big reasons we went with this hotel was the availability of the free bikes- which unfortunately kept breaking down. But they went out of their way to fix them for us. We also appreciate the do it-yourself laundry available, and the clean pool to cool off in, during the late afternoon when it’s really hot. The air conditioning worked really well and the location is great; as it is not in the middle of the downtown hustle and bustle. Very close to the national park - we biked there three times! Nice restaurant - Reggae’s - very close. Easy access to stretch of black sand beach that was not full of tourists. We spotted all kinds of tropical birds in the property and a sloth right across the street.
