Το πρωινό έχει πολλές επιλογές και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ειδικά στην πισίνα. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν τεράστιο, είχε υπέροχη θέα και το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο.

What a cute place to stay in. Everyone was very welcoming and wanted to talk and get to know you. The hotel was located around the corner from the strip. It was a great time and wish I had more time there to have enjoyed it.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε μεγαλο νησί μέσα στον Νείλο. Είχε ωραία θεα απο την ταράτσα και το σπίτι μεσα ήταν δεοσερό και ανετο για τις υψηλές θερμοκρασίες της περιοχής. Ο κύριος Χαμάαντα μας βοήθησε να πάμε βόλτα με φελούκα και κανόνισε τις μετακινήσεις και το φαγητό μας. Είναι πολύ χαλαρός, ξέρει καλά αγγλικά και δεν είναι φυλάργυρος.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It sits high above Lake Nasser with beautiful panoramic views, and it’s only a two-minute ride to the Abu Simbel Temple entrance. The hotel even provides free golf buggies, which made visiting the temples so easy and relaxed. The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after. Our room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated ( we also got a free upgrade). The bed was extremely comfortable, and small touches like toweling robes, complimentary drinking water, and a turn-down service made it feel really special. Everything looked brand new. The covered seating area outside our room was a lovely place to sit and read while looking out over the lake, and at night we also sat out there viewing the night sky ( great place for star gazing). The infinity pool was another highlight – the perfect place to cool off and take in the incredible views across the lake. The restaurant chef came out to meet us personally and cooked a delicious evening meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. For breakfast, we ordered fresh omelettes, which went perfectly with the selection of pastries, breads, yogurt, honey, and coffee. Staying overnight rather than doing a day trip was by far the best decision we made. It gave us the chance to enjoy the temples peacefully after the day visitors had gone and to return at sunrise, which was an unforgettable experience

The facilities were amazing. I haven’t been to a better gym in a hotel. Food was healthy but delicious. The Spa and Health Clinic is outstanding; whatever treatment you can imagine, even of a medical nature. I had a great massage, fell asleep halfway through it. The staff was fantastic; I want to specially congratulate three of them: Rawan (who welcomed me to the hotel and was exceptionally attentive throughout my stay), Dina (who was extremely helpful and caring as I made my way through Aswan, booking convenient transportation and securing a phenomenal exchange rate for my currency) and Zahra (who was very kind and showed me the whole gym and Spa facilities); as well as the health clinic manager who was very warm and informative about the available treatments. Definitely recommended the Resort for corporate events or a pampering wellness retreat.
