The whole place feels magical — beautifully decorated, calm, and full of Moroccan charm. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fez! Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! 💛

Customer service and hospitality was excellent from the minute we arrived till our departure. Particular care and attention was given to my 3 year old daughter and wheelchair-bound father, which I very much appreciate. Clean and well maintained rooms.
