Luxury Chaouen es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Chefchaouen, a 8 min a pie de Mohammed 5 Square y a 800 metros de Khandak Semmar. Very clean, close to the city center, in a quiet location, free parking. The customer service was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They were able to get some medicine delivered for my wife after hours. They helped my wife get a birthday cake and decorate our room to surprise me for my birthday. Issam, Mahmoud and Mohamed provided the best customer service possible, they were impressive. We had a great experience because of them. We highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. Also the great breakfast served in our room was very romantic.

Very cozy and new hotel, we stayed just one night all ours family but we enjoyed every minute. The level of international 5 stars hotel, the bed was super comfortable, mattress is best on the market. Amenity space is cozy and sea view. Perfect stuff. Very large selection of buffet for breakfast. Just recommend refining the menu of the main restaurant, only pizzas and three dishes. It would be great to see more items. But we will definitely come back here, the hotel is the best of all the world's hotels that are in Morocco, we stayed in almost every one

The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. What stood out most was the exceptional service from the team, especially Oussama, who waited for us at check-in despite our late arrival. There's also a WhatsApp group for any questions or help, which made communication seamless. Highly recommend this apartment for both its great location and excellent service!
