In some hotels you never feel truly welcome; this is not the case at the Hotel Chelsea. Thank you - we will return.

We got one superior and one queen suite. Both were great.

The studios were very spacious especially by NYC standards, the beds were extremely comfortable while the kitchens and dining areas were very well appointed.

This boutique Manhattan hotel is located in the Theater District and steps from Times Square. The hotel offers a daily continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi and 24-hour access to refreshments. Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful, the staff were lovely and kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and Rick's Cafe being open all day for drinks and snacks was wonderful. This is an historic building surrounded by many ugly modern buildings. It is an amazing haven of peace and tranquility in a noisy, loud city.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also really kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something cozy in a nice neighbourhood in NY.

It is a lovely hotel - helpful and welcoming staff and comfortable rooms which are tastefully furnished. The breakfast is also very good and there is a lovely bar, which was nicely decorated for Christmas.
