Everything! The location, our room was amazing and SO spacious. The observation deck had the most amazing views and we loved the activities for the quests. Monika and the front staff were wonderful and even the cleaning lady was so cheerful.

everyone was soo nice and helpfull. There was 8 of us and we had no problem checking in or with anything else. But because of the location, I don’t recomend that girls and women go by themselves. There weren’t any problems, the feeling was just off.

Everything. Homey feel to the public areas and room, great bed, good shower, fridge-freezer, coffee/tea making facility. American-style, just about everything I could want was offered for breakfast. Just to point out, plates, cups, cutlery all disposable, but quality of food was of pretty high standard. Staff very pleasant. 15min walk from the Assembly Row shopping district (on other side of Mystic river).
