Enjoying direct access to New Town Plaza, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Shatin MTR Station. I travel here for work regularly and I normally stay in the busier parts of Hong Kong. This time I wanted to say somewhere a little quieter and away from the crazy busy city. It’s just a quick train trip into the city from the station which is just a few blocks away. Or five to ten minutes walk. There’s lots of supermarkets and places around to get what you need and restaurants as well. I really enjoyed my stay and I enjoyed walking along the river. Takes a little bit longer to get there. I’ve got a taxi from the train station. It didn’t cost much and it was very fast and efficient. The rooms are very clean and tidy and comfortable and a little bit larger than you’d normally get in Hong Kong. The breakfast was fantastic.

Located in Western District, Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong overlooks the beautiful Victoria Harbour. Ronald Lau was unbelievably helpful to us. He lent us HK$ when we didn’t have sufficient funds to pay the cab from the cruise dock. He made sure that we got on the right bus to the airport. Ronald is an excellent ambassador for Marriott.
