All staffs are very kind and they provided high quality of services. Onsen was great and also Kaiseki dinner was awesome and delicious. Stay at Okuno Hosomichi was an unforgettable time for us. The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Traditional ryokan with small onsen as part of the hotel. They are private onsen, so you can go there as a couple / family. Definitely recommend to book the dinner even if it seems bit expensive. It is worth it! Best experience we had in Japan.

Absolutely everything was fantastic from start the finish. The staff worked hard to provide us with a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable, of particular note the massage chair was fantastic. The Onsen itself was warm and comforting, and having a Sauna in addition to it was a nice touch. Both meals we had, Breakfast and Dinner were absolutely delicious. Additionally, it's quite an easy walk from the train station compared to other Onsens in the area, so if travelling with a lot of luggage it could be a good option.

The hotel is an amazing place to relax and enjoy a short stay. The staff was friendly and warm. The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The public bath was amazing with the wonderful view of colorful trees. The breakfast was amazing. We had a memorable stay in Arima onsen. Hope we can repeat it.
