Exceptional location, 20 meters from lifts. Away from the pubs and tourists frenzy of Happo but easily within reach if that’s what you’re after. World’s best Onsen facilities, awesome smorgasbord breakfast and dinner. Guest locker facilities are perfect and MYO lunch pizzas with beers is a must. Rooms are older and simple but clean with everything you need. It’s not advertised as a 5 star penthouse establishment it’s a functional, practical, clean, comfortable hotel. Enough English to easily get by but still predominantly and thankfully Japanese. During my 12 day visit we had 4 meters of fresh snow and as I left anther 4 days of 60+cm fresh powder started. Tree runs are absolute world class attracting many away from European/Canadian/USA resorts. Unfortunately this hidden gem won’t remain hidden for much longer!! Move fast!!! See you next year, I’m doing 3 weeks.

Free breakfast, and the food are good taste. the house just at the ski lift chair place, super convenient. Inside of house so warm everywhere. the Ofuro/Bath is very good. All place are clean and cozy. next house is rental shop. walk from bus station just 3 mins. walk to restaurant and shops just 3 mins.

Friendly boss and staff that were very helpful, gave us tips on where to go around the area and sent us to most places, highly recommend to those going Hakuba for skiing. Would definitely go back again.
