The staff was very friendly - especially one nice lady speaking English that I can't remember her name. Hot springs experience was cool. Dinner that we had in restaurant was amazing - the best dish that we had during our trip in Taiwan - seafood rice:) the sea view in the morning was beautiful.

This place has a historical feel, it is as if you are still in the 70s, and we loved it. Room is spacious, the balcony has a view of the nature, hot springs are included with the room price. It's just enough remote to be quiet and a good place to rest. just 10 min walk to the bus station. Staff are extra caring and helpfull, we felt really welcomed there.

Location is around 10 mins walk from Xinbeitou station, so is one of the more accessible hot spring resorts in Beitou. Views are superb looking onto adjacent park, hot spring museum and library from both the room and the in-house cafe and bar. Room quality was exceptional, on par with a Japanese ryokan - spotless condition, no noise leakage and super comfortable bed and tatami flooring. Hot spring bathtub in room was blissful (did not try the public bath or sauna) with similar view to the main room. Breakfast buffet was great and the complimentary beers and biscuits in the room were much appreciated.

5-star hotel in Beitou District, Grand View Resort is located in Beitou’s hot springs area, less than 10 minutes’ drive from both XinBeitou and Beitou Metro Stations.

Excellent experience at this hotspring hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, environment was peaceful, and the private hotspring in our room was very nice.
