Everything exceeded my expectation. I arrived at about 10pm which was pretty late, but the host had the fireplace and the radiator on for us which was so sweet and welcoming. Also, the house was very clean even the carpets on the floor felt clean. The breakfast was very well prepared - they brought us fresh baked bread in the morning, and the fridge was full with other food and drinks.

The apartment is located in a nice locality from where you can easily reach wineyards in the villages surrounding Lake Neusidler, Parndorf Outlet and Vienna city. We had free parking places available in the backyard. The entire house is brand new, high quality materials and modern design. The place is tidy and sparkling clean. Everithing you need in the kitchen and spacius bathroom. There is a refrigerator at the main entrance with a bewerages at affordable prices. Coffee is also available in the room. We communicate easy and the check in was smooth. Suitable for short and long stay. Definetly recommended. Congratulation and thanks to the owners.

Very friendly owner of the facility. The accommodation is very clean, tidy and with all the necessary elements for a good vacation. It is set back from the street, so there is absolutely no noise coming from outside. The breakfast was also very good.

We have been regular visitors to Jois for years, and this time, by pure chance, we discovered another magical accommodation. The location is perfect: just a short drive to the Parndorf Outlet, close to Lake Neusiedl with its windsurfing, kayaking, and other water activities, all in the heart of Burgenland, famous for its excellent wines. Our hosts were exceptionally polite and welcoming, providing us with valuable local tips that made our stay even more special. The property has a charming family atmosphere, with a lush green yard, a cozy corner for relaxing, and a small barbecue for delightful evenings. The apartment was equipped with everything you could possibly need down to the smallest detail making us feel right at home from the very first moment. We are already dreaming of our next visit to this magical house and cannot recommend it enough to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Jois.

    Clean, comfortable, quiet, very good value for money. The offstreet parking was an added bonus, and was particularly appreciated. The outdoor undercover sitting area was also very nice to use with the warmer weather. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had.

    Really nice apartment, we had everything that we needed. As a bonus it was warm and cosy when we arrived, from the fireplace. Our cat was also welcome and she had a great time as well. Food for breakfast was available in the fridge. Parking inside the closed yard. I would totally recommend this place.
