To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

The view of the balcony is stunning! The location is a bit far from the city centre, but it can be reached by bus. The room is quite comfortable and the staff are so helpful. The breakfast is good, especially the croissant and the yogurt!

Staying at Hotel Fiescherblick was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The staff truly made us feel like a part of their family from the moment we walked in the door; owners Lars and Matthias went above and beyond to help us book activities, plan our itinerary, and offer gestures that really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and in an incredibly picturesque location in the center of town, surrounded by breathtaking mountains right outside the doorstep. The hotel restaurant also served one of the best meals we had on our trip. Staying here is a very special experience and we'll definitely be back!

The staff was very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room/apartment was very nice as well with a great balcony and an incredible view of the North face of the Eiger. If you come for a sporting event like I did, such an apartment is the best choice given your possibility to cook, relax and not subscribe to any meal schedules imposed by the hotel. The apartment had everything we needed to live there for basically a week, only occasionaly relying on the town's restaurants and bars. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED.

One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. It is a newly renovated hotel with a stunning panoramic view. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious with various kinds of food freshly prepared. The best hotel in Grindelwald for people who have a car. Spacious parking lot for free. There is a free shuttle just in front of the hotel and it comes once in an hour.

We stayed in the Jungfrau apartment on the second level. The view is lovely, the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment very clean and great underground parking. The owners are very kind and helpful.

Everything We received detailed message few days before our arrival. When we reached the property it was so welcoming. The host has ensured that we were welcome with bottle of Wine, 2 large bottle of water (one each of still and sparkling) as the guest may have different choice, different types of fruit jams, pasta, tomato sauce etc etc. Property is exactly as described, comes with a covered car parking, there is an hourly Bud service from right outside the apartment. Main market is just 1 kms away so going there downhill is an easy task.

Great view from the terrace, quiet location. The place is clean and well equipped. Great starting point for walks to Bussalp area. One bedroom with a queen sized bed was good for us and our daughter slept on the sofa bed in the living room. Great to have a parking lot just in front of the chalet.

This is the best hotel in Grindelwald - modern, convenient, has a pool and SPA, excellent breakfast, underground parking lot. It is on the expensive side but in my view totally worth it. Highly recommended.
