The manager extended a warm welcome and offered us excellent suggestions for places to visit in and around Lijiang. The inn's staff is also incredibly considerate. The breakfast is simple but delicious, and the room design is quite appealing as well.

Perfectly located just 5 min away from the south gates slightly off the main street. Traditional house atmosphere. Great internet connection. Feels staying with relatives (in a good sense😁) rather than at a hotel. Mandy, the manager, assisted us a lot! Two lovely dogs included ;) Definitely a place to return!

The decoration is exquisite, the location is superior, located on the quiet side of the old city, about 5 minutes' walk from the main road. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and the host Jacky was friendly, responsible, considerate, and reasonable. Efficient service: Whether it is helping us coordinate the transportation of luggage from the main road, arranging breakfast every day (and providing takeaway bags when we have to leave early), or helping us arrange when our team arrives separately. I am really grateful for her patience and help, especially for my repeated questions about Mandarin Chinese! This makes the whole process smoother and more enjoyable. The room is clean and tidy, beautifully designed, and the bathroom is fully equipped. Please note that this family includes two children who live downstairs (they behaved very well and we did not hear them during our stay), and on the second floor there is a tea room and a gym in addition to the guest room. Each room has its own bathroom and shower, as well as a small lounge area. There are also many delicious places near the old city.

This is a charming historical place, tastefully decorated. A peace heaven very well located in the ancien Town apart from the crowd. Roxana, our hostess speaks very good english and has been extremely helpful. She helped us to enjoy Lijiang and organise our future steps in our trip. Thank you 🙏🏼

The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with many lovely details. The garden was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable furniture that made it the perfect spot to unwind.     I didn't expect this price and quality to surprise me. It's really nice. We booked a duplex room because some children were afraid of noise. The next day, we renewed the room and switched to a king size room. The store upgraded the room very well and we were very satisfied with the first experience. It's really a great place to relax. In the future, there is a parking space right at the entrance that is very convenient and comfortable from the moment we enter. The environment was given 5 points!

    The location is not bad, you can see the ancient city, but there are too few parking spaces. Finally, I parked in a toll booth on the roadside. The boss said that the license plates from other places are not a problem, so I just parked there. I came too late that night and didn't have a large bed room. I changed to a suite, which was quite large. When I opened the door, I was stunned. The next day, I continued to stay and changed to a viewing room, which was very good

    We stayed at Bivou for 3 nights at December. Position was perfect. Car parking 300 m. Room floor heated. Restaurant and breakfast superb. Hotel staff was nice and helpful.
