The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.

Very nice Hotel surrounded by vineyards and gorgeous trees. Old family house turned into adorable estate for those who appreciate comfort, care and beauty. Amazing atmosphere, lovely colonial style furniture will make your stay special. Whole place is relaxing and peaceful. Very good breakfast with stunning view of the mountains and vineyards. Hotel team is doing everything to give unforgettable memories. Special thanks to Chef Tornike for his sense of humor and charm:) Minor comments: 1) we ordered cooking master classes which were interesting and nicely organized. The only proposal would be to add aprons for clients. 2) towels and bathrobes are to be renewed - too old and don’t match high class hotel.

The owner Giorgi struck a perfect balance between being helpful and giving us space. There were tea, coffee and the kettle full of water in our room. The view and breakfast were excellent. I really appreciated the spacious room with all we need but not extra. We also liked the large windows with wide wooden windowsills.

The small town under the snow capped mountains is stunning. Fragrant with the aroma of wine and bread. The room is very comfortable and warm. The landlord and her daughter were very friendly, thoughtfully preparing fruits and warmly inviting us to drink homemade red wine. By the way, red wine tastes better than restaurants in town. Looking forward to coming again next time

We loved everything about our stay with Giorgi's family. Very helpful, accommodating, very kind, welcoming and generous host, full of good ideas and advice. We had our breakfasts and dinner with them, - their cooking as well as homemade wine are great! The view from the property seems beautiful, even though the weather didn't allow us to appreciate it in full. It is well located, close to the town centre and main attractions. It was very clean. One bedroom is bigger than the other. Our last couple of unplanned days turned out to be the most Georgian experience we were looking for. Thank you, Giorgi, for your hospitality!!
