I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredible, so kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful choices to enjoy. There was terrace with an amazing view. They gave us extra water bottles for free when we left. A special thank you to the administrator – you were absolutely wonderful. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Borjomi, this family-run hotel is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy and even the shower gels smelled amazing! Breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, and the food was consistently excellent. Whether you're in Borjomi for a short visit or a longer stay, this hotel is a fantastic choice.
