Lucky to have stayed here. Fabulous rooms and amenities, friendly staff - with special thanks to Maheswary, Bobin, Jomol, Kannan, Sherin, the demonstration chef and housekeeping team for making our stay even more enjoyable. Divya is a doll, so welcoming and helpful. She took care of us and treated us like family. She arranged for a boat tour on the backwaters, massages and offered the use of her kayaks and bikes. We loved sitting on the veranda looking out at the river and watching sunrise and sunset. This place was great!

Very serene and relaxing - resort has beautiful views of the Lake Vembanad and staff are extremely friendly. Food was good too. Overall we had an amazing holiday. Included in the package was a sunset cruise. Add ons we opted for was the House Boat and Speed Boat. Ayurmana Ayurveda facility is also inside the resort.

We had the most wonderful stay at BirdScapes Homestay. We were warmly welcomed by Abin and his family, who cooked great meals for us and took us on boat trips. The room is very confortable and has a nice view on the backwaters. We are grateful to have had the chance to stay here for two nights and strongly recommend!

Our stay here was amazing! The family who owns it is so kind and hospitable. Everything is really fairly priced and the food was so delicious and healthy. The area is also really nice and cute, a really good place to wind down. Would definitely visit again if we’re nearby😊

    Location was very special, right next to Lake Vembanad. Reached via a 5 min canoe ride from the hotel’s car park. Incredibly peaceful spot overlooking the lake watching the bird life ( saw more birds, eagles, egrets, kingfishers than the local Kurmarakom Bird Sanctuary!) All Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice large, clean pool. Meals good. Wonderful sunsets!

    Very good location on the lake. Large property with extensive grounds, greenery, very quiet. Well kept grounds. The restaurant is really good so no need to move out of the place for food unless you are keen to try some restaurant nearby. Good Breakfast. Large parking area (Its also a wedding venue). The Ayurvedic spa was good , it is quite busy and needs booking. They have a good evening cruise on the lake. Got some indoor games , pool etc. Overall an excellent place to relax and unwind. Relax on the lakeshore. Recommend.
