Our stay here was very pleasant. Excellent location with all the basic amenities (groceries and food) and sightseeing places nearby. We visited from Bangalore and all of us simply felt like staying at our close relative's house. Ratan, the host was really awesome, who proactively reaches out to make sure we are doing fine and promptly responded and helped with all the questions we had during the stay. We highly recommend this place!!!

Great hotel very close to Paradise Metro station for easy access to Hitec City one way and the Stadium the other. Great shops and restaurants around. The hotel itself offered everything we wanted and needed. It was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast and room service outstanding. We were unable to get fast wifi in the room but the reception staff were great and sorted us out with a wifi extender which enabled us to work.

We are satisfied with the all hotel staff especially with Mr. K Surhasdhan. He was so accomodating and helpful. With regards to amenities it was so great! Our room was spacious with good lighting, the toilet will make you feel comfortable and very sexy. In addition, down from shoe polisher, extra pillows, everything was available. I highly recommend this hotel. We are glad that we had our stay with Vivanta! Lastly, the buffet breakfast served array of Asian, Indian, mideterrean foods, which are excellent.

the property is located in the heart of the city close to Hussain sagar lake. the staff is courteous and took great care of us. they made sure we are well attended and looked after. A special thanks to Sushmita, Mr. Nagur, Chef Kamran, Mr. Subhash Kappor, Mr.Sajid Nathani and Sayak Roy for making our stay memorable. food at Bidri is delicious and is a must visit restaurant during your stay here
