The room is not overdecorated, just the way we like it, nordic. The breakfast is top quality and the dinner was the best we had in our travels around Iceland. The menu was rather short, but the food was absolutely amazing. We heard that they have a celebrity chef in the kitchen.

The apartment was decorated very tastefully and had the added bonus of a steam room and hot tub. The Hist also left some washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets which were very welcome as it enabled us to clean some of our clothes while there and also clean up easily after meals.

Every detail has been carefully considered, and the complimentary items provided were a lovely touch. The bedding was very comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night's sleep. One of the standout features of this accommodation is the fantastic communication from the hosts. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient, allowing for a stress-free experience for the whole family. The hot tub, ready to enjoy upon arrival, was the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay. It provided the perfect way for us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. While the bathroom is on the smaller side, it in no way detracts from the overall experience. The rest of the accommodation more than makes up for it with its spaciousness and comfort.
