The owners have thought of everything for their guests comfort. The cottage looks deceptively small outside but is amazing inside. The panoramic windows in the living room have incredible views down the valley. Although it is in a fairly remote location(the nearest town is 20 minutes away), it is just off the main ring road around Iceland. Don’t be worried about road noise. The road is not that busy and you can’t hear a thing inside the house. The kitchen is fully equipped - there’s even a dishwasher. There are other accommodations on the property but nobody bothered us.

Free parking and is in a very quiet area near the river and in the middle of the mountains. It’s very beautiful in the morning when the mist is covering parts of the mountains. It’s natural. The location is not very far from Blonduos which restaurants and other amenities are.

This house is amazing and super big inside, there are plenty of common areas to share, the kitchen is more than well equipped. There are a lot of pictures and books. The hot tub was a super plus. The owner was super kind. Also, we would like to have more time to explore the farm, there are some walking paths around. Happy to have been there.

This property is 6 km from the Route 1 Ring Road. Free slippers, a bathrobe, and use of the summer outdoor swimming pool in Hótel Húni's rooms.

The pool and the hot tub are amazing. The staff is very friendly. And it’s great to sleep at a place which has a real history. The hotel was a school previously. We loved it and would definitely come back!
