Extremely beautiful villa with amazing customer service. The check-in was very smooth & our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious & the friendly donkeys were so cute. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling &willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. This place exceeded our expectations! The room and the breakfast were perfect! It is located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from the Cathedral of St. Francis of Assisi. We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. Everything was exactly as shown on the website, both in the photos and the description. The place exceeded our expectations! The cleanliness was truly outstanding. The apartment was spotless, with shining surfaces and very cozy beds. We were surrounded by nature, birdsong, and tranquility. The terrace was perfect to enjoy meals outdoors. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a coffee machine, microwave, all necessary dishes, and utensils. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, always available to assist immediately with any questions or requests.

The hosts were great and very responsive. We arrived quite late because we had a long drive from the north but they were very accommodating. They were very gracious and and also helped us carry our bags from the parking spot that they had reserved for us. We could only stay one night but because no one was booked for the next evening, they allowed us to check out later. The shared garden at the back is fabulous. The location of the apartment is convenient to see all sights in the medieval town. I wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The place is so beautiful outside and so cute inside like a nona’s house. Very clean, good beds. Parking lot right on the property in front of a plantation of olive trees, so beautiful! 100m from the ramp to the basilica. Breakfast ok like in any hotel in Toscana.

The apartment is extremely spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The two bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need, including food for breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the Basilica di Santa Chiara. There is a parking lot belonging to the apartment very close by. The person who came to greet us was extremely friendly and helpful.

No frills place, but quite comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok. Free parking, because the hotel is away from the city center - it is a 500 mts distance to the center but you have to walk a very steep hill.

We loved everything about this charming hotel, located literally just off the town square. Close to the bus stop too, so quick access to the Basilica and Matteotti parking lot. Rooms accessible without stairs, lovely comfortable rooms with good AC and views of the old town rooftops. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious homemade cakes and protein options. The staff were helpful, making dinner reservations for us and assisting with travel. Highly recommended!
