It was a perfect old and authentic Masseria. We were welcomed by Marco who took care of everything. This week was quiet because it was the start of the summer season. We were the only two who enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at the pool. Marco opened the kitchen especially for us in the afternoon for wine and a nice tasting of great Italian food. In the evening we had a home cooked Italian dinner with 8 other guests that was absolutely perfect. Food including wine and water for a very friendly price of € 30 per person is a great bargain! ;-) All in all we really enjoyed our visit and we hope we will be back sometime in the coming years.

The masseria that hosts this hospitality experience is spectacular, and yet extremely intimate. The aera north of Lecce might not be the most attractive part of Puglia, but the location is actually strategic, close to Lecce, and close to wonderful beaches on both the Adriatic and the Ionic seas. The staff is super welcoming, fluent in English, and very helpful if you are looking to go to a restaurant or a nice beach

We had 4 fantastic days at Marianna's B&B. The spacious villa was surrounded by a beautiful garden and a lovely large swimming pool. The breakfast served on the veranda was extensive and very tasty. The room we had was fully equipped and the very large bathroom even had a whirlpool bath. Marianna has created a true paradise and we can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Sole e sale.

It is well appointed, rooms are spotlessly clean. It was nice to come back to peace and quiet after a busy day of exploring Lecce. Breakfast was very good, with great variety of food on offer. Lorenzo the host was always happy to assist.

We had the most wonderful stay here…truly a 10 star experience! The location is absolutely idyllic, surrounded by nature and so peaceful that you instantly feel relaxed. It was so perfect that we ended up extending our stay not just once, but twice. The hostess and staff were exceptional warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We received amazing tips and insider recommendations that made our vacation even more special and full of unique experiences. The place is simply amazing, an oasis of tranquility and relax just a stone throw from Lecce. The whole complex is beautiful, a nice layout of modern buildings with southern flavour. It hosts a big citrus grove, a small parking area, a common area where breakfast takes place, behind big, ceiling-high windows, a cozy pool, and seating spots all around the place. Our room was very spacious, incredibly clean (I haven't seen a spot of dust), and well furnished with all you could ask for in a 5-star hotel. We didn't try the breakfast because we wanted to taste the delicacies of Apulian patisserie (I love my pasticciotti!), but we sure saw how other guests were enjoying it. The whole staff is simply great. They care about the place and they will care about you, making sure everything is how you like it.

Everything was excellent, the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is great, by car you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches. The host Michele was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for a lovely stay, and warm greetings to his kind and friendly children. We definitely recommend this place.
