Very well maintained, very clean. There is car parking right in front of the house making it super convenient for stay.only 25min drive to Monterossa Al mare. There a mini Grocery store cum beer stop just 20 meters away.

The Host is very open and provided us with a very good advise regarding visiting Cinque Terre, room was cosy and clean with beautifull view. On place you have also restaurant and pool but we didin't had the oppotunity to use it, maby next time :)

Lovely property and host. Shuttle bus easy and convenient, very clean and on sight bar for evening and 10/10 restaurant next to property when coming back up in evening. Once you get down to Monterosso easy enough to get trains we actually did all 5 towns. We also drove down one day and parking in Monterosso was more reasonable than a lot of other places we have been, they have a big public car park.

sweet room in a typical Italian romantic look in a great location. even had a little terrace. great breakfast lovingly prepared, served on a rooftop filled with lemon trees. friendly and always smiling staff that do all to make your stay memorable. I booked the hotel only one day inadvance as a pre-birthday surprise for my husband. asked if the hotel would be able to put a simple card in the room with happy birthday on it, and was touched to see they added extras as well. The entire feeling of the hotel is like you are not only a guest but a welcome one!

Our host Martha met us already at the propertys gate when we arrived and showed us to our room and all facilities. She also gave us a lot of useful tips for our stay in Cinque Terre, with information about all the towns and what to see and do. Clean room with airconditioner, with a nice little patio and a lemon tree right outside the window! Quite area so very comfortable at night. Many stairs up to the property (like its everywhere in Riomaggiore😅) but definitly worth it! We loved our stay here, big thanks to Martha and the Upper House! 😊
