First class accommodation with first class hosts. Fantastic view, brand new modern and comfortable apartment. The breakfast is amazing on the terrace of a nearby guesthouse with the same breathtaking view and incredible service and kindness. We stayed overnight in Francesca's house on our way back from our holiday in Tuscany. The house is spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, we felt like at home. We were surrounded by a huge garden full of exotic bamboos and mature trees and two friendly dogs, Theodora and Leopold, who kept us company at the terrace. As a bonus, right next door was an excellent restaurant with great seafood and homemade desserts. We would love to come back!

This accommodation was absolutely amazing. Perfectly clean and very tastefully furnished. We would happily stay longer if we could. There was even a good selection of coffee and tea and the fridge was almost full. We could park the car in the garden. The owners were very nice and friendly. It absolutely exceeded the expectations and I would give 20 points if I could :-)

I can only recommend this hotel. Sometimes, it´s perfect idea to stay in a small hotel with perfect staff and super food. There was some traditional event but they did the best! So many people came to the hotel but they tried to provide best service for them, and for us, too. Breakfast was also good. We stayed there only for 1 night but it was nice experience. Thank you so much. You do your job perfect!
