New villa, spotless clean. Best wifi so far in Sri Lanka. A very helpful polite and tentative owner and staff. Located in a peaceful and quiet location up the hill, only a 10 minutes walk to the main road uphill and 5 minutes downhill... Plus the breakfast, and especially the coffee was excellent!!!!! Thank you Samir for everything!!

This elegant house offered an absolutely exceptional stay. The stunning views from the pool were a highlight, and the room was very comfortable. What truly set this accommodation apart was the owner, Lata. Her kindness and efficiency in resolving our lost baggage issue were remarkable. Beyond that, her homemade meals were simply divine, clearly prepared with genuine care. We felt completely at home, and the entire staff treated us like family.
