Vantage Hills made our honeymoon extra special - Special thanks to mr Gamini and his family for the warm hospitality and making us feel so at home during the 4 days we were here. We chose to stay in Haputale over Ella, being mostly interested in hiking, great food and experiencing a more local atmosphere and we’re so glad we did and found this beautiful hotel. Our room (nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean) was set in a pretty jungle garden and we woke up every morning to beautiful views of the tea fields, mountains and nationals parks beyond. It had great balcony for relaxing and reading a book on. The breakfast (with the best breakfast view) is very tasty, and the lunch and dinner are great too, especially convenient if it rains later in the day. The food served here was without exception great. We’d definitely book this place again when coming back to Haputale!

Exceptionally clean and modern room for a given price. Shower with a door, enough towels, toiletries and beautiful view if you wake up early enough before a mist comes. The lady who takes care of the facilities is very kind, gave me a lot of tips of how to move around and organised a tuktuk tour for the morning. Also she cooks delicious rice and curry. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a great stay at Adisham Village Home. The views from the rooms are stunning, with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room had a kettle and hot water, which made the stay even more comfortable. There is also a washing machine available for guests to use free of charge, a kitchen with utensils, and a sitting room with games and activities that guests can share and enjoy. It is a great location for those who want to do the Pekoe Trail. The railway station is not far and can be reached easily by walking or by bus in about five minutes. Mr. Sameera, the host, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Haputale.
