Very nice and relaxed place managed by equally nice and warm people. The manager of Thambu Illam, Mathu ensured that all our requirements met precisely and Sudha ensured that our stay at the property was comfortable. Both gentlemen said call their personal phone numbers anytime if we need any assistance. The team was very friendly with our children and the kids did not want to leave.

Super comfortable place to stay in Jaffna, close to all the points of interest - I was able to walk everywhere. But what makes it so special is the owner. Tonny is a super friendly and interesting person to talk to. He even provided me with an electric kettle in a room when heard that I couldn't wake up without coffee :) There is also an adorable dog Sofi, don't miss the opportunity to play with her! Honestly, I'm impressed with how well Tony manages this place ensuring every guest has a comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here and supporting small businesses.

it is a super nice, calm, spaceious and clean home with a tremendous jost. allen really helped us with everything, planing, renting, restaurants and gave us an insight in hindu history. additional to that he made us a wonderful breakfast every morning and was there for every quastion and need. i can highly recomand to stay here for as short or longer time!

Perfect location just a few minutes from Jaffna town. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The staff were very welcoming and made my stay pleasant. They also served a delicious Jaffna-style breakfast. The manager personally picked me up from the railway station early in the morning and arranged an early check-in, which I really appreciated. We had an ideal stay at Chapters Jaffna. Since we traveled in our own vehicle, it was very helpful that the manager took the time to guide us with our route plan and suggest the best times to visit key attractions such as Nagadeepa and other prime locations in Jaffna. The property has ample parking and a comfortable driver's quarters outside the house. The nearby Ammachchi Veg Restaurant was a great convenience, offering tasty meals at reasonable prices, perfect for quick and satisfying dining. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Chapters in Jaffna and truly appreciated the warm hospitality

The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.
