Excellent environment, the garden, pool, dinning area are so well-maintained. We do not need any mosquito repellent in the property which is a big contrast in other boutique hotels/guesthouses in nearby area where we dined. The room is clean, spacious, simple yet stylist. Must join safari through the guesthouse, their connected driver is super professional and always took the best spots amongst all jeeps! Also very nice breakfast. We love everything from il Frangipane!

Location is close to lions rock. Really got the jungle experience also. The nice homestay is surrounded by thick bush and trees. Easy access. Good roads. Was greeted immediately with cold juice. Room was better than expected. Large comfy bed with clean sheets and clean bathroom. AC and fan was great. Nice mosquito net above bed but no mosquitos. Break fast was large delicious simply amazing. Host was helpful and clearly takes good pride in his homestay. Host also offers taxi and tour services, I wish i had known prior hand as his prices for taxi from negembo and than to Kandy were so much more cheaper. Well Worth the money.

The big clean room and the great breakfast, the lovely swimming pool and the amazing view of the lion Rock. And the soursop juice is a must try. Sweet andq sour with aq hit of salty that is great for the wheather. Highly recommend! It is a very new hotel. All the facilities works well. Hot Water! Air conditioning and the pool. The pool is a real angel after a hiking or lion rock or a half day safari. It makes our stay very relexing. You can ask the hotel help on Safari booking which may be a slightly expensive than the street, however they got us a very expensive guide who has been working as a guide 10 yrs. We got to see a lot of elephants, peecocks, birds in just 3 hours. They almost always the first jeep to spot/trecking the elephants that makes us a great spots to get our photos.
