Good looks but deceiving as we had to leave in the middle of the night on the second day due to a sudden malfunction of the hot water system which flooded the ensuite at an uncontrollable rate with boiling water and what’s worse is that no timely help/guidance was provided despite several calls for help! We were left on our own for hours, doing what we can to prevent flooding that could have caused injury (burns/electrocution) to my folks. The contact person was unreachable throughout. The security guy hesitantly came upon request as we were struggling but could not help as all the water stoppers were jammed! At last, when we had already evacuated the place, the director finally arrived and suggested another flat - which we obviously had to decline after the traumatic experience endured!

Every single thing was more than amazing: competent staff with high level for hospitality, all the staff were polite & collaborative. They kept asking me if i need anything or any support. The place were well organized, the spa is perfect. The cleaning level was so high, they made several events & invited us; sure i will repeat my experience with constance hotels because of constance prince.

The best thing of this hotel is the staff! Seeing in our travel period the occupancy was under 20% we stayed a week and a big thanks to all the staff.Without them no hotel no hotel is anything! We were greater daily by the breakfast team with a wonderful breakfast buffet! Many thanks to Julie,Yasmin,Jessica,Bandana and our Chef Moonsamy who probably makes the best omelette we have tasted! The evening restaurant team and bar always made sure everything was fine with a 5 star rotation buffet menu! Special thanks to the Chef Sanguy who always had a smile for us and a small story! The whole kitchen team was fabulous! The hotel has many features and we enjoyed the beaches there and the pool! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping crew with the floor butler looked after everything perfectly! Front office staff were very professional with concierge and the gardeners look after the property so it was a pleasure to enjoy the nature! I can recommend this hotel to travelers who want to relax and enjoy sophisticated food and service! My wife and son will be back and thanks to all involved to make our week stay memorable!

Thanks again for the sweeeeet care from our host Marina & Kumar! ❤️❤️ What made us also so touched are our snorkeling guide and dear friend Jan who we felt so sad for saying goodbye to, and Gangadin who took good care of us in La Terrasse and attentively helped us to change to a nice table on my birthday from a aisle table.     The apartment is conveniently located on the main road. It was clean and newly refurbished. There is private parking on site. We were very well looked after by Anwar who also has a restaurant a few doors down.

    Everything was impeccable. Welcoming Host and very helpful. Room cleaning service provided .All facilities were available as expected: wifi, kitchen ,bed rooms, air conditioning .parking etc. Quiet environment less than 1 minute walk to Bras Deau Beach. The Bras Deau Nature park just behind the appartment. Very well located for a peaceful stay. Sunshine Fusion Restaurant just 50 metres and no need to worry about quality food. Overall everything was EXCELLENT and would highly recommend SUNSHINE RESIDENCE.

    The building is quite new (less than 2 years old), gated, with private parking. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped to cook. it’s on the ground floor with a little shared garden and direct access to the pools and beach. Though there is no lagoon here, the waters are accessible to freshen up and soak up the sun :-)
