The undercover car park, the spacious living area, not to mention the fabulous views of the mountains and the sea. And being able to hear the waves was breath-taking. Having a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was fully equipped. Shops and restaurants were are short walk away. There's a cafe and restaurant only two minutes walk away that cater for people with food allergies/intolerances. And seeing dolphins from our balcony with the use of the apartment telescope was just exciting.

The room is excellent in space, tidiness, and I love the front door balcony very much! We enjoyed the breakfast everyday outside for our 2 night stay. It is located next to a wheat farm and we observed a lota of good birds around the house! Also, the sheeps, alpacas, deers are all so cute! They all have a name but I forgot their names now.. When you got some feed for them, they were all look crazy and licking your hand.

Such a wonderful place to stay. It was very easy to find and the view was beautiful. Free parking was a lovely bonus. The bed was extremely comfy and the room felt like a little haven. Couldn't recommend more, and was a wonderful place to stay for a few days on our honeymoon.

Location good and fairly close to town centre. Free parking. Friendly welcoming staff. Beach and park are just across the road. Great views of the Seaward Kaikoura mountains. I would happily stay again. I stayed next to a unit that was wheelchair friendly. So good location for those with mobility issues. A mobility parking spot is also available too.The photo is at sunrise from my unit looking across to the beach and the pines. A scenic photographer's delight.

The unit was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly. The property is probably a couple of km from the centre of town. However, there is plenty of free parking very close to town, so no problem. We have stayed in other places in Kaikoura over the years and this place was easily the best. It is exceptional value for money. We will definitely stay here in the future.
