Great hotel for those who are preparing for a snorkel tour in Seeb or Al Mouj (breakfast starts at 06:00). We booked it because of this reason, but were surprised by the overall quality of the hotel and the rooms it offers. It offers a pool, a gym and a breakfast that's comparable to those we had in 4- and 5-star hotels in Oman.

Excellent staff. Friendly, professional and great with kids. Spacious, modern rooms - possibly the biggest standard room out of any of the 5 star hotels in Muscat. And the best feature of the hotel. Tasteful, 'seaside resort' design elements throughout which immediately puts you in holiday mood. 2 big swimming pools. Plenty of other facilities, e.g. 2 separate gyms, kids play area, spa with steam room and sauna etc. Many dining venues, although all are high-end establishments (as expected at a 5 star hotel). Overall, in my view, this hotel is setting a new benchmark in Muscat.
