The house is located in the center of Valencia. There is a good cafe on the ground floor, a 7/11 store is 5 minutes away. The room is bright and cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. The special feature of the room is the view of the mountains from the window. If you wish, you can go up to the roof from which you can watch sunrises and sunsets. I would especially like to thank the owner of the apartment for her responsiveness and help.

I stayed for an overnight with my brother. As i turned the A/C ON twas noisy and the filter is dusty. so I took the A/C filter out to wash and clean.

What an excellent place! Room is spacious, clean, comfy and beautiful. So is the garden and pool. Hosts are super nice. Breakfast was delicious, big, and they catered to our dietary preferences. Highly recommended.

Firstly, the apartment itself is excellent, comfortable, clean, has a big screen TV with Netflix, beautiful swimming pool. A home away from home. But what really makes it special is the host. The hospitality of Alex and his family. The appartement is bigger than what I expected and very clean. The AC is knew and work perfectly. You can enjoy all day and night at the wonderful private pool. I stayed to rest and it was the most relaxing stay in Philippines.

The unit is big enough to accomodate us and has already the amenities we needed (esp the mineral water). The staff are great, accomodating and easy to deal with, was happy to suggest about laundry and transport to make everything easy. The surrounding is quiet at night thus giving us a good night sleep.
