The staff were extremely helpful and hospitable and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel's facilities were first class, from the luxurious rooms to the impressive common areas. The location, just a short distance from the Haram Mosque, was perfect for my needs and the view of the Mecca skyline was breathtaking. I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The location, though across the tunnel, was incredibly convenient thanks to the 10/10 bus service, which made traveling to and from Masjid al-Haram effortless. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had plenty of elevators, ensuring there was no rush or waiting at any time—a huge convenience during a busy trip. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—10/10! A special shoutout to the chef who prepared the lahm muqalaba—it was incredibly delicious and a highlight of our mornings. Customer service was exceptional across the board. Mirza Abdul Rashid at the concierge stood out for his helpfulness and dedication, going out of his way to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. In the Asian restaurant, Saud and Hossein provided outstanding service, ensuring a delightful dining experience. With such a combination of top-notch services and amenities, this hotel truly exceeded expectations. I look forward to staying here again!

Staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. Yusuf, Raju, Ali took great care. Location was great 10-15mins to the Haram or Train station. Taxis were readily available. Souqs, laundry, restaurants and multiple masajid within walking distances.
