This property was very beautiful, Hai Phong itself was our favourite city in Vietnam, and the Pullman resort added to that assertion. The staff were wonderful and very accomodating.

Comfortable and clean room with a TV and AC in a quiet part of town with an EXTREMELY helpful host. He helped me out a lot and is very responsive to any queries. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for quiet place in Haiphong. There’s also a kitchen area and well furnished cooking equipment if you wish to cook.

What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

We chose The Nova because of its reviews on cleanliness, and we were not disappointed. The room is always kept clean, the mattress is new, and the bathroom is always stocked with enough towels and toiletries. However, the room service is a bit slow. Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.
