We loved everything in Makalali! The staff were amazing, the food was very delicious (they served breakfast, lunch and dinner including very tasty desserts). They even prepared me a birthday cake and sang for me. The room was spacious and comfortable, they light up the fireplace for us every night. Monkeys and impala are walking around the complex. The highlight of the visit were the game drives that we went on every morning and afternoon! Our driver, Wonder Boy, went above and beyond. Thanks to him, we saw all big five animals, we even saw a cheetah! Thanks to the wonderful staff

We had a fantastic time at Kamoka camp. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. In the area, there are lots of animals walking around. The tiny house exactly matched the pictures and Camilla was a great host. Additionally, Camilla showed us the work that she does for the NGO just around the corner of Kamoka camp, where wounded animals are being cared for and the local population is being taught about the animals, the environment and more. The pool there was a nice extra to cool off, as it got quite hot… We would definitely recommend the accommodation. Thanks again Camilla for the great time!

The property was spotless and had all of the amenities required for hot weather. Air on in the bedroom and gorgeous swimming pool. The staff could not do enough to make us comfortable and made sure that we were well looked after. The game drives were out of this world and our rangers were highly knowledgeable and very attentive.

Situated along the Olifants River, Bushriver Lodge features two swimming pools and a large deck with BBQ facilities.

Very personal and family run bush camp. Jenni and Kristian are great hosts. We enjoyed the time over new year at this wonderful location. The tents are spacious and very clean. There is a large pool with sunbeds available and also a nice place to sit around the fire. The very good Breakfast and delicious Dinner is served together with the owners which is perfect for interesting conversations and sharing experiences. The Game Drives with Kristian were informative and varied with nice animal sightings. Simply a beautiful bush camp - highly recommended.
