Loved the location and our great glamping tent! The staff were wonderful! A special callout and thank you to Sarah! She went above and beyond to make our stay so very special! She is The BEST!! And we loved the food truck guys! A wonderful stay!!!

The location is amazing. There are views of the rainforest from every part of the house and 2 beautiful decks as well. The house was beautifully designed and well equipped with everything we needed. Just know you'll need to stock up on groceries before you arrive as it's a bit of a drive to the store. We appreciated the owners quick response to messages.

This was our final stay in Australia and it was 150% worth it. The place is very remote, relaxed, peaceful and in the middle of the forest. If we only knew, we would have stayed longer. This is a little peace of heaven. Lilian is great! We loved her, such a nice, one of a kind lady and host. We hope to come back soon and stay longer. The bed was cosy, big large room, great patio surrounded by nature.

We loved bathing in the outdoor shower and bath surrounded by tropical plants. We were here not long after cyclone Jasper hit, so most places in Daintree were closed and there were no other guests. We had to cancel a few tours we booked because of the cyclone but we think that was a blessing in disguise since it gave us time to relax, cook delicious meals in the outdoor kitchen, cool off in the swimming hole a few minutes walk away, walk north along the closed road, helped clear some of the deadfall along one of the trails (we volunteered). There were so many different rainforest sounds in the day and at night. The 5 nights we were there we didn’t use our car to get anywhere, other than when we arrived and left! We will be back one day in the future.

Thornton Beach is pure and beautifull.

Great location in the rainforest. Loved having the communal breakfasts chatting with the other guests from all around the world and sharing stories. Matt and family were always there with a story or a suggestion for somewhere to visit. Highly recommended!

They made sure we had all the information on the best spots and sites for our few days up in the daintree and the meals - breakfast and dinner - were delicious! Monty, the dog, is a total (chill) sweetheart to make sure you’re extra enjoying the rainforest. Do the night walk with the young guide! We saw so many cool things and learned a lot.
