My stay at this hostel in Canmore was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were super friendly and helpful – they made me feel right at home. They also gave me great tips on nearby hikes and local spots to eat (definitely ask them if you're not sure where to start!). The bed was really comfortable – perfect after a full day of outdoor adventures. But the best part? The views. I had a room with a window facing the mountains and waking up to that scenery each morning was just breathtaking. If you can, try to get a room with mountain views – it adds something really special to the experience. The hostel was clean, cozy, and had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to meet other travelers. Plus, it’s in a great location – close to the town center and with easy access to amazing trails. I’d absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Canmore. It’s a great base whether you're into hiking, skiing, or just relaxing and soaking in the views. Highly recommend!

Spacious chalets and suites offer comfortable living areas that feature a fireplace. Full kitchens and kitchenettes are provided. Each suite boasts wood panelling and a log cabin design. Kudos to the team, they made our stay very comfortable. Specially Ashley and Shubam at the front desk, they were taking good care of everyone staying at baker creek. And loved the bon fire next to the creek. Overall a great experience.

We were upgraded to a lake view room and it did not disappoint, beautiful panoramic views and lots of space - beautiful. All staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble.
