The 4-star superior Hotel Bristol is situated in the centre of Geneva, facing the quiet Mont Blanc Square and only at a few steps away from the lake and the main train station. Exceptional hotel and attitude. Amazing staff, in particular the reception people, extremely helpful, finding solutions for every single situation. The hotel is very clean, nice and cosy rooms. There’s a nice bar with live music, go for a cocktail 😊. Great location. We had to go back to Geneva a week later and stayed here again. Best decision ever. Choose Bristol and enjoy.

We arrived after a very long and delayed fight from Singapore. It was so nice to walk into a homely environment, where we could immediately relax. Louisa had placed some essential items for us, such as milk and bread, which were warmly received. The home was very clean and warm. There is a supermarket close by about a 15min walk. Louisa had great communication with us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Endless gratitude to Sarah, Giuliano, and Jean-Luc for their impeccable hospitality. Kindness, genuine care, and thoughtful attention — the hallmarks of this remarkable team. Every detail — from the morning coffee to the breathtaking views and perfect location — exceeded all expectations. When I return to Geneva, there is no question: this is the only place I will stay. A true gem. And the most gracious, elegant hosting team I’ve ever encountered. They even arranged a private boat tour and personally ensured I reached the other side of the lake in comfort and style. Choosing this hotel was the best decision I could have made. My warmest recommendations — with all my heart. I only regret one thing: I left in such a rush, I didn’t leave a tip. It weighs on me. Please accept my sincere apologies. Next time, my gratitude will be expressed both personally — and generously.

Historic 18th century farmhouse near the International Organizations and downtown. The history of the building is very interesting and you feel like a guest in someone's home rather than the generic experience of a hotel. Marc, the host is a wonderful gentleman and happy to talk about the history and loving restoration that he took on. The place is well equipped with a kettle for example in the room as well as in the shared kitchen. I liked the atmosphere at breakfast where we all sat round the dining table talking to each other- with four rooms only it makes for a nice, friendly experience. There is a nice cafe nearby as well as a supermarket. It is quite easy to get into the centre.

The apartments were spotless and, unlike many apartment-style accommodations, housekeeping came in daily to tidy up and refresh towels, which was a wonderful touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of our luggage, placing it in the room upon arrival and later assisting us in loading it into our car when we checked out. One of the most thoughtful details was the presence of a Qibla direction in the room – a small gesture that meant a lot to us as Muslim guests. What truly made our stay memorable was how they acknowledged our honeymoon – we were welcomed with a sweet handwritten note and a lovely selection of snacks. It was a heartwarming surprise. Honestly, I loved everything about this place. If I ever return to Geneva, I wouldn’t think twice – I’d definitely stay here again.
