The hotel's location is quite superb, nestled just beneath the Avatar mountains. The staff were jolly helpful – sorted our park entries and shuttle bookings without fuss. The pools are lovely for a refreshing dip, and breakfast offers a proper spread with local touches. Everything ran smoothly, must say. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The hotel was modern and Zen in decoration. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The room was lovely and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with Chinese food. We used the free washers and dryers and petted the resident golden retriever. Just 5 minutes away is a good restaurant, and the views in the area are gorgeous!

We had amazing apartment for 4 people and great room for 2 people. Everything was clean and modern, all hotel was really comfortable, the view from the rooftop was stunning even the weather was under the dog. Our host war very kind and we had really nice talks. Perfectly located hotel for trips to the national park. Compared to the big hotels in the city, this hotel is small. But it has everything you need. The rooms were good. Breakfast is on the roof top with a beautiful view over the mountains. They offer traditional noodle soup for breakfast (very tasty) but also toast, steamed buns and sweet potato. Coffee and tea are also available. The owners took a lot of time to explain the best routes in the national park to us.

Great location near old town, convenient for visiting and food. Manager was very helpful and welcoming, met the taxi at the main road and helped us carry luggage to the inn. He also helped us book a taxi and carried our luggage to taxi when we checked out, and even gave us a pack of dried fruits as a gift. Rooms look directly out to the river. You can jump from the room balcony into the river, that's how close it is.

The location was excellent as well as the very very kind receptionist who helped us book all our tickets and plan our trips. Very cosy and clean! There are lots of places to eat nearby. I can only recommend staying here :)

We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.
