There was nothing the staff couldn't do for us. The view is absolutely spectacular, it really felt like a 5 star experience from the moment we got there. Eduardo checked us in and made us feel at home straight away. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant as well as breakfast both days. The presentation was gorgeous as well as delicious flavours. I can't remember the name of our waitress but she was one of the loveliest waitresses we've had in Colombia. There are a number of little touches which really round off the whole thing including actually nice shower gel and a little note for arrival in the room. Could not recommend this place more. There is a small path which takes you straight to town so getting into Salento is super easy.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the "sendero" walking path is magical. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect and restaurant food was delicious. This is a must visit hotel if you're in the area. One of the staff picked fruit from their trees for a family member at 10pm because they knew she might want some. Simply fantastic service.

It's at a 5 minute walking distance from the center and there are a lot of shops in the neighborhood.

We had dinner one of the nights which was freshly prepared and was super delicious. Similarly, the breakfast was super tasty with many local and homemade foods.
