We would definitively recommend this place. They exceeded our expectaions. The room was beautiful, large with a minimalist interior, well furnished and very very clean. Also, Caroline the girl on the reception was amazing, very nice and highly proactive, she supported us with all our requests. We loved everything about this place!!!! The owner was extremely nice and friendly and made sure we have a great experience! Its in the middle of the jungle and you can spot many animals there. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is super clean and he has the cutest cat ever! The included breakfast was amazing and probably the best one we had since we are travelling. Highly recommend staying there even longer theres so much to do in this area.

Situated nearby beautiful beach, amongst forest that is full of animals such as monkeys, parrots and sloths. We didn’t even have to go to the national park to actually see them, they were above our heads. Delicious breakfast, fresh fruits, tasty coffee and vegetarian options in the menu. The hotel is located 10 km from Puerto Viejo which is good because there is the sense of omnipresent calmness and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Mecca. The accomodation is in a quiet area of Puerto Viejo but easy to acces by taxi or bike. The place is clean and equipped with everything you need. Kim is a really kind host, she will inform you of all the things to do in the area. We had a great time and miss the two cute dogs already.

This place is a paradise. Everything during our stay was perfect. The whole area is so well maintained, clean, every detail is thought of and taken care of. We loved the restaurant- both breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. The chef must be very skilled. Our room was excellent. We could observe different animals from our terrace like aguti or lizards. There’s nothing that could have gone better, our stay was amazing in every detail.
