We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! It was packed with great amenities, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The room was very spacious and well-appointed. The outdoor area was perfect for enjoying scenic views, and the pool was incredibly relaxing too. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also has fantastic restaurants with delicious food. To top it off, Disney mascots were appearing for picture-taking, adding a fun and memorable touch to the experience. Highly recommended!

Directly connected to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and a 5-8 minute walk from Exhibition Centre MTR Station and Star Ferry Pier, the luxurious Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a... I had a high-level king room with harbour view. The room was spacious, clean, modern, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very well-designed. I enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool very much too. Grand Hyatt is linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) which means walking to the MTR is so easy and it doesn't matter if it rains because you'll be under the roof the entire time. Calling an Uber is so easy too because Grand Hyatt is a popular spot where drivers pick up and drop off passengers all the time. Staying at Grand Hyatt made my stay in Hong Kong a perfect holiday.

The skyline room had an amazing view overlooking the harbour, very tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. There was Halal food options around the area, so it was easy to get access to food.

The St. Regis Hong Kong truly has a staff that goes above and beyond, treating their tenants like royalty. The rooms are modern, spacious, clean with amazing views, meeting all of the expectations of the St. Regis brand. Location was great to experience the harbor and central, and the amenities were exceptional (especially the bar!). Wilson and Skye stood out amongst a staff of all-stars, and we will definitely be back when in Hong Kong. 10 Stars!

Situated at Victoria Dockside in Hong Kong, K11 ARTUS is only a few steps away from K11 MUSEA and Avenue of Stars. Exceptionally chic design with unrivalled views from Victoria harbour towards central. Room and amenities were fantastic and staff couldn’t have been more polite, helpful and friendly.

I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the excellent front office staff, particularly Leo, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. Leo was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from recommending local restaurants to arranging transportation for us. The hotel itself was stunning, with modern and luxurious accommodations that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, and we felt pampered and well taken care of during our time there. Overall, our experience at The Upper House Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the fantastic service provided by Leo and the rest of the front office staff.
