The service was impeccable - from check in to check out - every employee I engaged with was extremely professional and accommodating. The restaurants are amazing - the concierge assisted with travel coordination - the entry valets were super friendly and helpful. The room was amazing - the view spectacular - the bed and linens top-notch - room service very good. We had prearranged for breakfast in our room - it was a fantastic decision. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St Regis and will return during the holiday season later this year.

The location really captures the local essence; Sham Shui Po is a great neighborhood to explore. The 10-bed room combines a "cage home" style, sparking thoughts about social class inequality. However, the facilities are super good, and the bookshelf is a nice perk. I discovered these three interesting books (see image). Thanks to the staff for his orientation and the restaurant map.

Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it.
Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups.
Personnel: helpful and professional
Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions
Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

The shuttle bus was easy to find (number 11/12 in the parking lot 1) and easy to get around. All the facilities were comfortable and perfect. The bed and shower were exceptional after a long trip.
