Excellent location for shops, bars and restaurants. Car parking facilities were excellent as there was underground parking . Staff at reception were very friendly, polite and helpful

The location was convenient with the car parking lot nearby. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and offered advice on things to see and do in the area. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant onsite shortly after we arrived and they also had a nice breakfast with a good variety of choices. The bed and bedding were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean.

Nice 4-star hotel with typical standard modern rooms, but nothing extraordinary. Close walking distance to restaurants, pubs, River Shannon and King John's Castle. Cheaper car park than other places in secure parking garage.

The location is two minutes walk from the Main Street and a further two minutes to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had all the essential items for cooking, cleaning etc. There was even milk in the fridge. There was secure parking in a gated car park.The host was engaging and informative. I would look forward to a return visit.

The facilities were lovely. You get a discount in their cafe below when you stay. It's completely self-catered so you can arrive at anytime! Bed was lovely. Tea, sugar, coffee, and milk in the room, very comfortable and nice sized apartment. Shower was lovely. Fantastic cebtral location with lots of free parking nearby.

Lovely historic hotel! We loved the location right on the water and had a water view from our room! The bed were very comfortable! I think they do offer a car park, but I found street parking right in front of the hotel so just parked there for the night. (its free for the first hour and free from 6pm-10am)
