The location is fantastic-- it's less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh juice while our room was made spotless. The owner helped us arrange transportation, too. A very comfortable stay!

The location and the atmosphere are magical. The hotel is sustainable & there is a lot of respect for the nature & environment. The staff is very kind and everything is in detail just perfect. The waiters who served us, Mado & Thaya, made our dinners & breakfasts the best. Also our butler Nifras did an excellent job. We wish you all the best. This is a unique place you dont want to leave. Kumu looked after us perfectly. We had the best breakfast in Sri Lanka with loads of fruit and she prepared a superb rice and curry for dinner. Holiday Beach Guesthouse is 5 minutes walking from the beach, which is great and where there are only few people. The property is tidy and the garden peaceful. Our villa was well maintained and comfortable. We hope to come back!

Beautiful new boutique hotel on the very quiet Kalkudah Beach. A beautiful setting with gorgeous garden and sea views from every room. Spacious accommodation including a large room and bathroom, and many communal sitting areas. Each room also includes a private terrace or veranda with comfortable furniture. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, with a special mention to the chef Manoj who created beautifully presented, freshly cooked and most importantly delicious food. He catered each meal to our specific requests and dietary needs. It is a wonderful property to stay and relax. It’s worth noting that there’s nothing to walk out to and the town is a bit of a distance, but you will have a lovely time staying and relaxing at this hotel. The beach itself is stunning, the water is calm, clean and warm and its is fringed by palms. Paradise

Excellent apartment. Spacious two bedroom apartment that was spotless. The hosts went out of there way to be of assistance. Would highly recommend due to the location to the beach and restaurants. We did have an issue with the air conditioning and a servicemen arrived within hours to repair

The location is very calm and quiet. The apartment is surrounded by a nice garden. The apartment is very clean and modern. The entire staff took extremely good care of me and has assisted me with any kind of request (from booking a Tuk Tuk/bike, to preparing very reach and tasty breakfast/lunches/dinners). They were very nice and gentle.
